What we do
BALANCE IN BREATH teaches mindfulness, the physical practice of yoga, and breath work to youth and adults, providing them with tools to navigate the push and pull of daily life. In this fast paced noisy world, these tools may provide clarity, reduce stress, and improve well-being—essentially changing the way the brain works. BALANCE IN BREATH is working toward understanding the effects of these practices on the entire being.
In addition to providing workshops, and private and public classes, BALANCE IN BREATH also partners with organizations to offer these powerful tools outside of the studio.
